A time for miracles,
The war between the jews and the greeks,
We outwon them although we were so small and they were so mighty,
God was there for us and helped us through till the very end.
Chanukah,
A festival of lights,
We kindle the candles of the menorah,
The aura of the flames brightens up our lives,
Each flame represents mankind,
The ember in each of our souls.
Chanukah,
The battle of the good against the evil,
The devil versus the angel,
Do we let the bad inclination take over the good or do we let the good inclination take over the bad?
Look up to our father in heaven and ask him to lend you a hand,
If you call out to him he will listen,
He helped our ancestors battle against the greeks,
Today he can help each one of us if we only call out to him.
Chanukah,
A time for family,
Look at your precious sisters and brothers,
Your husband, your wife,
Your mom and your dad,
If you have a frown on your face all you have to do is look around at the positive energy around you,
I promise it will make you smile.

A time for miracles,
All you have to do is believe,
and I am telling you we can achieve,
You and I,
Mankind and God together,
The good inclination can overcome the bad inclination,
and the angel will outshine the devil.
